Waymark Labs operates KidPool and processes account information needed to provide ride coordination, notifications, and support services.

If an adult enables Hands-free rides, KidPool uses the device’s location in the background during assigned ride windows to detect departure from a pickup location and arrival at home stops. Geofence detection and address-to-coordinate caching happen on the device; KidPool receives the resulting ride status and drop-off updates, not a continuous location history. The feature can be disabled in Settings at any time.
